Lemon Melts Return, Exchange & Damage Policy

At Lemon Melts, we take pride in the quality and care of our products. Due to the nature of our business and our consumable product line, please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Because Lemon Melts products are consumable goods, all sales are final. For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Returns

We do not accept returns for any reason other than items damaged in transit (see below). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Opened or unopened items

  • Used or unused products

  • Items ordered incorrectly

  • Change of mind or scent preference

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a final-sale consumable product.

Exchanges

Lemon Melts does not offer exchanges. Please review product descriptions, scent notes, and photos carefully prior to checkout to ensure the product meets your expectations. If Unsure, Please Reach out via Email for more clarification.

Damaged-in-Transit Disclaimer

If your order arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please contact us promptly through our Contact Us Page (or Third Party Storefront messages, if applicable). Damage claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery(Up to 3 Days).

Refunds for damaged items are only issued after the damaged product has been returned to us and received. Returned items must match the original order. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Replacement items or exchanges are not offered.

Lemon Melts is not responsible for damage caused after delivery, improper use, or normal wear.

U.S. Orders

All U.S. orders are final sale. Lemon Melts is not responsible for delays, carrier errors, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

International Orders

All international orders are final sale. Lemon Melts is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or import restrictions. Buyers are responsible for understanding their country’s regulations before ordering.
